Villains Act Shamelessly: The Heiress was the Great National Master!

Chapter 381: The Unexpected Young Man

Chapter 381: The Unexpected Young Man

The woman, originally immersed in anger, quickly calmed down when she saw Thea Shaw.

She stepped forward to hold the child’s hand: "Let’s go inside first..."

If Jason Bishop hadn’t said he wanted to eat crayfish today, the mother and son wouldn’t have come here.

But as they talked, a conflict arose, and they were caught right in the middle of it.

"If you don’t apologize, I’m not going in!"

Jason Bishop’s eyes brimmed with tears, looking aggrievedly at the woman.

He is, to be honest, a very handsome and delicate-looking young boy.

He doesn’t resemble Warren Ford much, but rather his mother, and even his features bear some resemblance to Landon Ford.

This illegitimate child really grew well.

However, having just heard the conversation, Thea Shaw didn’t have a good impression of the child, so she remained silent.

Lydia Bishop then apologized humbly: "I’m sorry, I was too impulsive just now, I shouldn’t have hit you..."

In fact, she had never hit Jason Bishop before, but she was so angered by his words earlier that she lost her temper, breaking the gentle facade she had maintained until now.

Jason Bishop, tears in his eyes, didn’t make a sound in response to the apology.

Lydia Bishop now only wanted to take Jason in first. Being thin-skinned, and not knowing if the conversation had been overheard by the stranger, her earlobes turned crimson with embarrassment.

Jason Bishop was finally half-pushed into another private room by her.

The waiter showed a slightly apologetic smile to Thea Shaw.

Thea Shaw, having watched the commotion, closed the door to the private room again, seemingly surprised: "So it was someone I’ve seen before."

"Really?" Landon Ford asked nonchalantly, "Where have you seen them?"

"When I ran into another of your father’s illegitimate daughters, Hailey Moss, at a restaurant last time, she spilled a glass of water on this boy."

Thea Shaw marveled at the coincidences in life: "What a small world."

"As long as you’re in the same city, you’re bound to run into each other eventually."

Landon Ford was noncommittal: "They’re all insignificant, not worth much attention."

"Don’t say that," Thea Shaw replied, "after all, they’re nuisances your father created for you."

Landon Ford: "..."

Landon Ford sneered.

This little episode didn’t dampen the duo’s appetite, and Thea Shaw continued to peel shrimp for Landon Ford.

Unfortunately, Thea Shaw’s eyes were bigger than her stomach; after two portions, she couldn’t eat any more.

With several untouched portions of different flavors left, she couldn’t finish them. Thea Shaw thought for a moment, called the waiter to pack everything up, and asked them to deliver it to the Shaw Family address, paying the additional delivery fee. The establishment was quite happy to oblige.

Having paid for the food, it shouldn’t go to waste!

The two of them stood up to leave, and as they opened the door to their private room, they bumped into someone.

This person was both unfamiliar and oddly familiar.

Perhaps his appearance was too ordinary. It took Thea Shaw a dozen seconds to recall that she had seen this person before, perhaps during an encounter with a youth while accompanying Landon Ford to pick up some items.

Back then, he had dropped a box on the ground.

The other appeared surprised to see Landon Ford but dutifully greeted, "Vice President Ford."

A peculiar smile appeared on Landon Ford’s face.

Thea Shaw, hearing him addressed as Vice President Ford, immediately realized the person was from Landon Ford’s company.

She was also a bit surprised.

At this moment, Landon Ford’s infuriating character became apparent as he ignored the greeting entirely, took Thea Shaw’s hand, and left.

The young man, left ignored by Landon Ford, suddenly looked extremely displeased.

He clenched his fists tightly.
